We wish all participants to stay for the entire duration of the meeting. However, if you are unable to do this, please indicate this in the registration form.

Single and double, modern rooms are reserved for participants at the Swiss Olympic House.

If possible, please agree to share a double room. This will help the Foundation to contain costs. If you have already a room-mate, you can indicate in the registration form the name of the person who will share the room with you.

Please note that rooms cancelled after November 24th or not-cheked in will be charged to the participant.

In 2023, talks and posters will be in the Aula, while rooms and restaurant are as usual in the Swiss Olympic House. Click on the picture to see where the buildings are.
